The mews has three spaces and none of them are grand. What they are is quiet, and close enough to the kitchen that the food arrives at the temperature it left at.

The old wine store under the mews, barrel-vaulted and about two degrees colder than upstairs. One long table, no windows, and the list within arm's reach. Best for dinners that are meant to run late.

Eight covers under the skylight between May and September, with the wood oven at one end. Shorter card, more smoke, and the only part of the restaurant where you can hear Soho.

Tuesday to Thursday we will close the dining room for one party. You get the kitchen, the cellar, both service staff and the run of the menu — including things we would not put on a card for thirty-four strangers.
Reserve your table today and experience the best of modern French dining at Maison Rouge.

One sitting a night. Nobody is waiting for your table.
